The Unna Works of Moeller AG specialised in the production of remote-controlled switches. Around one third of the jobs were carried out by women, including many guest workers from Portugal.
Moeller AG is today part of Eaton Electric GmbH.
The painting by Wilhelm Meinecke from 1992 depicts the Moeller Works.
