The „Türkisch Islamische Gemeinde zu Unna e. V.“ supports people of the Islamic faith as a contact point and also provides a prayer room in the mosque. The community actively supports exchange and communication within the neighbourhood and with people of various religions.
The community has also for many years organised an event in spring to which members of the community, neighbours and all Unna residents are invited. In addition to Turkish delicacies there is also music, dance, exchange and talk.
